Is my company's information safe?
Yes. It travels over encrypted connections, sign-in can be protected with a code from an authenticator app, and it is visible only to the people you invite. No other company using Hodworth can see anything of yours — not a job, not a figure, not a photo.
Who owns my data?
You do. It is your business's information; we just look after it. You can download your figures and reports whenever you want, and take them with you if you leave.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time, from inside your account. No phone call, no notice period, no penalty.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use online banking, you can use this. Most people have their first job in on the same day they sign up.
Do I have to move everything across at once?
No, and we would rather you did not. Start with one live job. Bring the rest over once it is already earning its place.
What will my accountant think?
They will be relieved. Your numbers stay in order all year instead of being reassembled every spring, and you can give them their own login to come and get what they need.
Does it work on a phone, on site?
Yes. Site reports and photos work on a phone or tablet, with or without signal. They upload on their own as soon as you are back in range.
How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 14 days of Pro, with no card needed to start. Put a real job in, and pick a plan when the trial ends. Nothing you set up has to be moved or redone.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Pay monthly or yearly, and stop at the end of whichever you chose.
What happens if we outgrow our plan?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You are told which plan lifts the limit the next time you add something, and moving up takes a moment.
