- Your workspace address (the part before .hodworth), if it is about a workspace.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
Never send your password or a sign-in code. We will never ask for them.
Common questions
- Billing and plans — workspace owners can change plan, update the card or cancel from Billing in the web app.
- Deleting your account — you can do it yourself; see Delete your account.
- Privacy and your data — see the privacy policy, or email us.
- Lost your phone with the authenticator app? Sign in with one of your backup codes. If you have none left, email us from the address on the account.
